Free Saturday Workout
Itching to see what a real CrossFit workout is like? Bring some family and friends and come to one of our Free Saturday Workouts at 10am. CrossFit is universally scalable which means it is open for everyone to enjoy. This class is a great way to get a taste of high intensity functional fitness.
