CrossFit
Group classes are intense and fast paced, and this is where the competition begins. Classes provide a motivational atmosphere to encourage you to perform at a level that will help you reach your goals. Welcome to the sport of fitness. Please see Getting Started for prerequisites.

Women’s Class
CrossFit Women is not CrossFit scaled down, it is one hundred percent CrossFit targeted at the things that women care about the most. Come as you are to test our fast, effective, results in a fun environment.

Free Saturday Workout
Itching to see what a real CrossFit workout is like? Bring some family and friends and come to one of our Free Saturday Workouts at 10am. CrossFit is universally scalable which means it is open for everyone to enjoy. This class is a great way to get a taste of high intensity functional fitness.
