4 Bar Muscle Ups / 6 Chest to bar Pull ups
6 Handstand Push ups / 8 KB Push Press

The Opens are a great time for our community to pull together and spend some time challenging ourselves. As you all know Crossfit is not your typical workout. We push ourselves harder and further than we thought possible everyday and come back for more. This year we plan on making every week an event you won’t want to miss. We had around 50 people compete last year in the Opens and our goal is to double the amount this year. Every score helps the gym and we look forward to sending another team to Regionals this year. Who is signing up for the Opens this year? Or, who should sign up for the Opens this year? Thanks to Amanda calling me out on the blog two years ago, I reluctantly signed up. I ended up being so glad she did. I had a blast and now I look forward to the opens every year.

Fun class this morning at 6:30. Best part – watching Carter try to do bar MU and HSPU. Let’s just say neither of his 2 rounds was Rx. Good times.
The bar MU were an exercise in sheer futility. I finally got some towards the end but it was quite the sh*t show. At least I got Jeremy on the cleans. One day you’ll get to cast off those 25s and put on 45s. One day…
After a 5 hour delay, that response was weak. Not as weak as your MU attempts, but weak nonetheless.
