The Opens are a great time for our community to pull together and spend some time challenging ourselves. As you all know Crossfit is not your typical workout. We push ourselves harder and further than we thought possible everyday and come back for more. This year we plan on making every week an event you won’t want to miss. We had around 50 people compete last year in the Opens and our goal is to double the amount this year. Every score helps the gym and we look forward to sending another team to Regionals this year.
