Most people are very confused when it comes to Cholesterol. This is not something to be ashamed about. We have been given some murky information by “health professionals” over the several decades. Today I listened to a really great interview with Lipidologist Dr. Thomas Dayspring about Cholesterol. If you have ever worried about your own cholesterol levels based on a cholesterol test, Dayspring explains what the results really mean and the markers you should really look for when determining risk. This was terrible/great. 18 rds at 225# minus 100m on the last run.
The complete lack of Dee in today’s picture probably explains why your “heavy” double was less than 400lbs.
But you made up for it during the WOD – 18rds is beastly. That means you got to the round with 54 reps of Burpees and DL; which means you did 513 burpees, 513 deadlifts, and ran over 2 miles…….all in 15 minutes.
I usually don’t do this when people post obviously fabricated times on workouts, but “b-ry” guy claims to have done 18 rounds. Which means his last round was 54 burpees and 54 dead lifts, totalling 513 burpees and dead lifts. Highly unlikely, even for someone with a such a sweet nickname.

I completely hijacked Mark’s post – I didn’t even see it…. My bad Mark, at least we’re both holding B-Ry accountable and not letting him get away with exagerating his wod by 450 movements.
And for the initial deadlift wod I did one round of #135 and then took a break until the other workout started.
So what weight did you use for the DL in the workout? burn?
I knew what you meant B-ry! I actually thought to myself… “somoene who served and fought for our country got in the the “round of 18 and ran 100 m” WOW this work out is going to extremely difficult.. i will be lucky to get into the round of 6!

Does anyone else think of b-ry when they workout? I stick to thinking of the workout but that’s just me. Well, I think of the workout and how my sister is doing more weight that Dan, but that’s it.
