For today’s workout, the goal is to attempt as many consecutive kettlebell swings as possible with proper form. Once the kettlebell is placed on the ground, immediately begin your 400m sprint. Because there is built in rest, the run should be at 100% effort. Your score will be reps and each 400m time.
