This workout was designed to develop the explosiveness and power output required for a standard play in Football. The time for each movement is very short so make the movement as challenging as possible. The goal should be averaging 5-6 reps for each movement. There are many options for adding weight for the pull-ups. You can hang a kettlebell off your foot, hold a dumbbell between your thighs, wear a weight vest, or use the weight belt. If you can do more than 8-10 pull ups unbroken and without a band, you should definitely use weight for this workout.
