Ok guys we got some important announcements. If you are in the Paleo Challenge, our mid challenge lecture is going to be this Saturday at 11:15am. We will be discussing FAQs, Pre / Post Workout Nutrition Advice, Life after the challenge, Cheat meals, and more.
Our second announcements is about New Class Times. Starting February 6th we will begin a trial period for a 7:30am and 11:00am class. These new classes will only be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the trial period. Based on attendance we will determine whether or not we add these classes to our full schedule. If you really want these classes, make sure and attend!

Great workout, even if it did have an o-lift. 36 cleans @ 70# and then 75#. No idea how many double unders. Thanks E for hip mobility work and for Nascar-ready weight switching (Brendon too).

The blog is quiet today! Hello out there! Ya, counting double unders was so hard…37 cleans at 70#…du’s at least 20-25 each round, but not sure on total. Ummm, why don’t I have a picture on my profile? How do you do that?

Did 5-6 cleans/rounds @ 80 then 75# … did about 30 DU/rounds … I found a good rope, I was on the roll but I had to stop after about 20 cause my pants kept falling off … Kuddos to all the morning peeps!!! This morning was my 2nd time … hardest part is getting up

Today’s workout 135# 35 times. I did however have some good runs with the double unders. First time ever! Does that count as a PR. The trick for me this time was to start with double unders and not with singles. That way I could create a rhythm from the get go.
43 @ 90#, double unders and I were not friends today. averaged 26 per round. Booooooooooo!
75# 50 times; 310 double unders. lookin forward to the 7:30 am sessions!!
