Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Or

“Cindy”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air squats

  1. Well just when I thought I had hand maintenance figured out, Mary comes along and tells me who’s boss. Ripped at the end of the 3rd round.

    6 rounds + presses, pistols, & (2) pullups. Subbed 20# db for HSPU’s, blue band assist for pistols, and purple band for pullups.

    That medicine ball group run was fun. Made you forget about the running a little. I would’ve liked to see what 800m of that looked like inside. :) Thanks Koy for not flat out telling me I’m a dumbass.

  3. Indian Run with medicine ball was lots of fun!! I did Cindy, 10 rounds, knee push-ups and purple band for pull-ups (ripped both hands). Speaking college football Arkansas over the power-house of Tenessee Tech. Go Hogs

    Loved the Indian run. Nice little change! Conquered “Mary”: 8 rounds- HandStand Pushups w/ 2ab mats, 3 rounds b&p band then thanks to Koy 5 rounds with just the blue band. One of my fav workouts so far.

    • No prob Natalie. Koy said toss over my shoulder so I tossed and luckily you were paying attention and didn’t get it in the face. Way to go on your 8 rounds! You had your A game going for you.

  6. The Indian run was fun! “Mary”: 8.5 Rounds- Sub 20# db for HSPU, green band for squats and pullups. Great WOD, first experience w/ ripping my hand. Ouch!

      And I got played stupid like the little league “all-time runner” who doesn’t actually play in the field or bat but solely pinch runs for the pitcher or catcher. Totally humbled. Thanks for making me do Mary.

    Instead, I got to do Mary (thx Koy…) 5 rnds, 2 abmat hspu, wall on single leg squats, it wasn’t pretty.

    Mary, blue band on the one leg squats… pretty humbling experience. 9 rounds plus 5 HSPU.

  12. Mary- 8 rounds plus 5 hspu’s and 7 pistols. Blue band on pistols; purple band on first set of pull-ups then switched to blue for the rest. That was hard but fun! Thanks for the encouragement Justin!

    2 ab mats no assist on the one leg squats
    I suck at pullups:(

  14. Well Mary slapped me around and called me Sally.
    6 rounds – 5 pullups shy of 7. 1 ABMAT on the HSPU. used the wall on some of the pistols. Also had COMPLETE muscle failure in my legs.
