Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets. There is no RX’d weight. It is simply as heavy as you can go to complete the sets without dropping the bar.

65#. Woot! This was a toughie but a goodie. You don’t realize how much jumping/exploding you’re doing until you finish the set and are winded.
Good job Tiffany! Do you think that was a good weight for you or was it too light or too heavy?
We should probably do less weight than we do for Grace since there are more reps and we can’t drop it or regrip, right?
Thanks Lindsey! Yeah, I think that was a good weight for me. That first set of 15 took a lot out of me mentally and strength wise. So even though the next two sets were shorter, with rest time in between, they still got harder faster. My last couple reps of the third set went up kinda slow.
52#, but only did sets of 15-9-9. I felt even weaker than normal tonight. :-/
