I messed this workout up, my time was 18:22, I did 2 pull ups, 2 ring dips substitute for 1 muscle up, and then for some reason had it in my head it was 7 power cleans!! So I shorted the workout 9 power cleans DAMN
I wouldn’t worry about it too much Lisa. I’m sure you still got a damn good workout! …I’m glad to see the MU sub is two pullups and dips instead of three.
I agree with Shauna that the muscle-up/pullup-dip combo before the HPC’s makes them much more taxing. But, the air squats after the HPCs hurt me more. First time doing a workout with muscle-ups and it’s MUCH different than just practicing them. Awesome job by everyone this morning and epic music selections this morning, Mike.

Wow…This one was a lot more challenging than it looks! The pullups really take the strength you need for the HPC’s.
Great to see some new faces at the morning class! Jon will be missed!
