Love the first paragraph:
The bevy of new products, from gluten-free pasta to pizza and beer, are a boon to people with celiac disease, wheat allergies or gluten sensitivity who are on very restrictive diets. That group has grown dramatically in recent decades, for reasons not understood.
lol, has it grown? Or is it really that hard to figure out that maybe those sensitivities have existed all along and we are just now realizing it? Or the fact that our processed grain consumption has sky rocketed in the last decade making symptoms become even worse.
Last paragraph –
“Also, for dieters, going back to gluten after avoiding it can lead to stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhea and other symptoms, at least temporarily.”
Wow, that’s odd. It’s like your body is telling you something.
What’s to worry you Kim? If you’re too weak to play, you can just face dive into the sand when you collapse. Can’t be nearly as bad as whatever else one plays volleyball on. Where the crap is there sand around here anyway?
@tiffany, a friend of mine goes to Fellowship Church out in Grapevine, I play as a free agent out there for this league (comp not very good)…there are also leagues out at Yucatan and Diggs (old LoneStar/Sideouts) off Luna Rd and Beltline that are quite competitive. So long answer short, it’s a hike to find sand from Uptown!
The pullups took about 1/3 of my time I think. So hard after last night’s Tabata pullups and stuff. The rest of the workout not that bad after those dang pullups are done.
Holy cow, 13.21 42# grey band 250 1x, 25 2x, 26# kb…I almost learned the downside to using the band for pullups…if you lose your grip, you will not have your feet under you to land on, haha!
The kids like that!
I went to TCU…
