i really dug that some of this week has involved more stretching in the warm-ups,. Thats something i forget to do most of the time. I have the p90x (spit!) stretch DVD and that helps but i rarely do it. I like that J made us get a good stretch last night b4 the WOD. Hope to make it up tonight for some Paleo-approved likker dranks with you all.

i was so exciting i guess i forgot to record my time, but 65# and single unders set 1/double unders sets 2 & 3
are the double unders in a row? or 30 total each round? i can get 15ish in a row, but doubtful of 30!
Unless it is specified that the reps be completed unbroken you only have to complete a total of 30 per round. But, you should always try for unbroken =)
Dang Kim! Way to go on the double unders! I’ve been at this 5 months and still can only get two in a row. I feel double unders and I are going to have a heart to heart soon. I’m tired of this crap. They’re goin down!…or under…
