    95#/39 burpees.

    I also think I should get extra points for today for Most Awkward Rack-Load Assist. My bar partner, Lindsay didn’t feel like cleaning the enormous weight she’d OHS’d, so…she just held onto it and I had the bright idea to walk up to her chest to chest and somehow “assist” her in getting it on the rack that way. As you can imagine, I wasn’t much help. At least we gave Mike a chuckle.

      • Cool. I’m going to Arcodoro and Pomodoro (I think that’s the name) on Saturday too with my ultimate team. I feel sorry for anyone else going there that night for a nice dinner.

    I love the Tues AM crew!! Yes Cahill even you!!! 70# almost 75# lost it on #3. 46 burpees.. Another great workout!!!

      80#…almost 85#, but couldn’t down far enough for it to really count. I think I did 41 burpees, but if I’m honest, I lost track a couple of times.

  8. I think the WOD yesterday destroyed everyone’s hands to the point they can’t type. It took me 20 min to write that.

    Anyone hitting up some restaurant week places this week? I’m going to Ocean Prime on Friday, can’t wait to try their seafood!

    • Jerm and I are going next Friday, but it’s a surprise to him, so I can’t tell you where on here. :)

    The best part about today’s WOD is that it’s one WOD closer to college football season. I can’t wait for the fall where my saturdays will be spent having Mike and Russell kick my ass and then resting that kicked ass on a couch for 9 hours of football.
    155#/ 72 burpees (my archnemesis along with hand stand pushups).

  12. 80#, could only get two reps at 85#. 48.5 burpees. Yes, I’m counting that 1/2! :)

  13. I did 95# twice. Why do I have fun practicing things I am not good at? 53 Burpees. I am committing to getting better by the next OHS day!
