Coaches Choice!
We are going to do something a little different today, the WOD will be up to the coach of each class. Sorry Annie! Hope this doesn’t add too much stress to anyone’s day. Come on in and be ready for anything.

Haha, not this again!!! Hopefully I’ll make it back from Tyler in time to give this a shot, unless I get too scared :s
I’m scared and I’m not even going to those classes.
Can someone, coach or otherwise, post what the workouts of choice were after they were done? I’d like to see just how malicious/loving each of the coaches were.
Im with you, Danielle! At least knowing the schedule of Coaches would ease my mind. I hate not knowing!! But think of it this way: many boxes never post the WOD on their site. I wouldn’t like that at all.
Also, I agree with previous posts about putting reps, rounds, etc in with our other comments, sorta like a P.S.

A – tough man WOD #2 from Saturday
10 burpees with hands off ground
20 pull ups
30 DU
X 3
B – Flight Simulator
5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45 & 50 DU’s unbroken each set must be completed before you can move on to next….
I did not finish after 30+ min and being stuck on 45 for 300+ DU’s I was toast Koy in his wisdom told me the clock was still going but I had nothing left….Kirby and Gary killed this one – that means they finished it.
I did WOD A on Saturday. That was actually pretty fun. I started out doing Rx pullups, then had to switch to purple band. And I got out a total of two double unders before Justin kindly suggested I switch to single unders.
I am coaching 530/630/730. I also second what Koy said, its all cause we love you! If that sways any of you I would surely be dissapointed. If you are not sore and have a bit of energy, you should be at the gym!

30 back squats (women’s Rx 175) and a mile run. Tough!

or another example….most wins EVER in college football..Michigan 877….Texas…845. Which means we have a bit more strength and endurance.
