3 Rounds
40 Unbroken double unders
30 Unbroken box jumps
20 Unbroken kettle bell swings

All reps must be completed unbroken in order to move on to the next movement. If you fail to attain an unbroken set you must start back at zero for that movement.

    It all started after I dared Koy and Eric that they couldn’t do a wall ball burpee.

  3. That video cracked me up. 150 of those for me would be called “two or three hours”.

    Tiff and Jeremy, it was fun running into guys watching Banjo Frankenstein last night.

    • And watching his #1 fan was also entertaining.

    Awesome work noon and 1! I haven’t heard that much cursing since the last time I watched Pulp Fiction.

  5. 13:41- started with 20 double-unders in the first round, but quickly swtiched to single-unders after that and even had a hard time doing the 80 singles unbroken. 12 in box jumps/step-ups; 26# KB. Even with that much scaling, it was still soooo tough! Glad I went, though. I had fun working out with the noon crew this week. Too bad I have to go back to stupid work on Monday. :(
