Thanks Mel. I actually feel pretty good. My calves are tight, but otherwise good. I made a poor decision to wear heels to work today (which tightens up my calves), but those are off my feet as I speak/type.

Hope everyone’s day goes better than mine has started out. I just nearly took off my finger while replacing the blade on my beard trimmer. Luckily only a minimal amount of finger is now missing. Was not a good idea to do this after washing my hands. Slipper hands + sharp object do not mix well.

55#, could only get 1 at 60#; 8:41 for Karen with 10# ball. I’ve got to keep moving today or I think my legs are going to stiffen up on me quickly. I was a bit wobbly going down my stairs after the class this afternoon.
