As quickly as possible complete:
2,000m Row
50 Handstand push ups
50 Ring dips

Reps and meters rowed can be partitioned in any way the athlete chooses. Post your total time and the method you used to complete to comments.

    This workout surprised me. It was a very different challeng than I had mentally prepared for.

    Split it up into 5 sets of 400m row, 10 hsp, 10 ring dips. Started out strong at just under 3 minutes a set only to progressively die until the last round that took 4:46.
