    Pretty ironic WOD. I do Crossfit so that I don’t have to run three miles.

  4. My back is really tight from the Back Squats. I will try to make myself come although my time will suck. I will see how I feel tomorrow. Didn’t PR at all today. Oh well, tomorrow’s another day!

    I wonder if this one is another energy drainer -> like the sprints did to me … I felt wiped out for a few days

    • Probably not, wed is my rest day. LOL, I was the slowest in the 6:30 class by a few minutes, those guys are fast!
