  1. 75# -Should have gotten 80# but couldn’t quite get it all the way up on the push press. Good job Meg and Mandy, and it was nice to meet you Sarah! I think there are quite a few Red Raiders at the gym now! :)

  5. 105#…tried 110#, but my arms were too beat.

    What weight were other girls doing? That’s the only downfall to being the first class.

    • Awesome job Shauna! I knew you were probably lifting waaaay more weight than me over there, but I didn’t know just how much more. Way to go!

      • By the way, we need to get more people posting on the blog. It entertains me while I’m at work. :)

      • Not that I especially need to comment more, but I’ll help out Lindsey…I think this photo captured Maggie’s “I can’t math” moment. And the way I was struggling to help her add, I can’t really say that I can math either.

  9. Lisa, you do post every once in a while, and I appreciate that! :) I just like to see what other people’s weights and times are so I have something to compare to. I also like people’s random, funny comments!

    And Tiffany, thanks for adding another comment to entertain me. I agree that it looks like you and Maggie are concentrating really hard to add up all that weight y’all had on the bar. By the way, Maggie, I like the pink shoes. I have the same ones in purple. I haven’t seen you in forever. I hope you plan on being at the potluck on Friday!

      @Lindsey, I really like to see what other people’s weights and times are too. Thank you for mentioning something because I kind of thought I was the only one. I will be sure to be better about posting my weights/times in the future now that I know I am not the only one.

    • Danielle, I hit my chin with the bar on the push press yesterday morning too! Not cool! Then a little while later, I failed on an attempt and instead of just dropping the bar on the ground, I dropped it and caught it on my thighs. I have some enormous bruises to remind me how stupid I was. :)

      • @Lindsey Sounds like you may have faired a little worse than I did yesterday, but I kinda wish I could have seen how you managed to hit your thighs :)
