This WOD was like whoa. I started seeing spots at the start of the first 200m run. And Lisa, you ain’t got nothin on me for cursing your way through a workout after this one. My momma wouldn’t have enough soap to wash my mouth out.
I’m sad you regular 6:30a peeps weren’t there today. You missed the WOD of course, but also Eric getting his legged humped by a very excited (and frisky) Lily. She’s a dog, for the record.
Danielle told me you two were placing bets on how long it would take for me to think something was up if you two passed out in the bathroom. I told her 8:40 lol
And while I’m glad that you are confident that I can deadlift 1 @Maggie, I hope to never attempt it.
I think that would be funny…except for the me being passed out part.
Oh that makes me feel better. I thought maybe I was the only one screaming the F word during workouts. This workout on paper I thought did not look so bad?? But wow, I was done by the first 200 meter run.

Sounds like functional movements that CrossFitters have been doing all along. Someone’s catching up!

Anyone live in or have friends who have lived in the 3200 Main building towards the other end of commerce? I’m looking at a place in there and would love to get some feedback from past or current residents. Right my decision is boiling down to:
Thanks man! Did I mention I have two sofa beds, a projection TV, a 10-ft armoire, and a pedestal tub I use for decoration? Oh, and the piano’s a small one so that won’t be that tough….
sprints! rows! yes!
by the way, here’s yet another reason not to belong to a globo-gym: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qPPNVZKBCS8

Actually 8:40 is much earlier than we expected, I think sometimes it takes us that long to get ready without collapsing

Pro: Rooftop Crossfit Deep Parties
Thanks!
@bpmente – I think you know a couple of fit people that could help you move too.
