As quickly as possible, complete:

100 Chin ups
Every time you have to drop off the bar, complete 10 burpees.

Today’s workout calls strictly for chin ups, this means the bar will be gripped with both palms facing towards you. You are still allowed to kip.

  3. by the way, anyone else’s calves tight and sore after last night’s wod? sh*t it was tough.

    • Yes, Casey, my calves are super tight too. Those double unders will get them every time! :(

  4. Wow…talk about moving in slow motion this morning. Not only did I do the 100 Chin Ups, but I ended up doing well over 100 burpees thanks to not being able to grip. What was with the empty morning class??

  11. My hands are completely raw after this workout! I have 3 dime sized blisters on my hands :/ definitely kicked my butt

  12. 18:?? not sure if it was :05 or :25. Used 2 purple bands and had to do 80 burpees. I’m afraid my arms are going to be useless tomorrow!

  13. Never ever thought in my life I would prefer pullups to chin ups. Not until I started this crossfit stuff. Let alone do 100 of them. Took me a while, but felt like a milestone for sure. 26:25 RX
