WOD

In teams of 4, max reps in 15 minutes:

Run 400m
Kettle bell swings
Burpees
Rest

While one partner runs 400m, each other partner will be at a station (burpees, kb swings, or rest) going for maximum repetitions. When the partner running returns, everyone else will rotate to the next station until 15 minutes is complete.

      Yeah, yeah, yeah ladies! I already forgot our rep count, but everyone gave it their all. It was awesome. It was definitely one of those workouts where you feel like you’re dying, then you get a break, begin to feel better, and question whether you’re trying hard enough. But oh wait, and then you go again and within 2.5 seconds you realize damn no this is hard!

      3:11 on dessert. Struggling to record improvements on this one. Oh well, I guess that means keep trying.
