“Classes Vs”
Front Squat – 1rm
Rest
As many pull ups as possible in 3 minutes
At the end of the class we will add up the total pounds lifted by the class and the total reps of pull ups achieved and divide by the number of people in the class. Winning class time will not have to do burpees next week =)

105# on the front squat. I was hoping to get a PR today, but it just wasn’t happening.
24 kipping pull-ups. I think I should have tried taping my hands. It’s frustrating that I feel that hand pain is one of my major limiting factors.

Wonderful picture! Lucky cheering on his master. 115# max. Was hoping for better, but whatev. 1 no band pullup, 18 purple band pullups. Way to go Andrew on all your pullups! Really helped the team out on that one.
@Lindsey, I did a little taping experiment this morning. One hand taped (wrapped around finger technique) and one not. Taping definately helped alleviate some of that inhibiting hand pain.
6:30am class rocked out! Bring it mid-day and evening classes!
Good job Tiffany! ….Yeah, I’ve taped my hands like that before and I think it did help some. Not sure why I didn’t do it this morning. Oh well. There’s always next time.

I think I’m out for today and tomorrow. We have a tourney in Tulsa this weekend, 5 games saturday and 3 or 4 sunday that are going to be hot and tough. At least this year it’s only going to be 95, last year it was 105 or so.
Wish I could have been there this morning 530. Hope y’all killed it!
