Complete in any order, not for time:

Max pull ups
Max hand stand push ups
500m row time trial
Max muscle ups

Full recovery between each event

    • The last time i did the 500m row time trial, it messed me up. :-P Gonna have to do that part last.

    @Lindsey – I don’t see why not. The score for you to beat is 31. Rumor is that it’s a race. :)

  4. 31 is the highest number at the gym today or ever in the history of double-unders? ;) I think the most I’ve gotten so far is around 18. Maybe I can change that today. I would think Pat could do more than 31….

  5. 10 PUs/1 HSPU (no abmats, 2 with 1)/1:31 500m/0 MU as usual.

    Just did not have pullups this morning. My diets been a little fuzzy lately and I think that’s hurt me. I know I’ve gotten 15 before.

    Just finished watching US-Slovenia. So proud of the team, but so bummed they were robbed of a win. Guess I have to go to work now…

  6. PS Thanks for the video Casey, that explains what the Slovenian team was doing after their goals today. There training clearly involves a lot of mousercising.

    Tiffany, the abmats make it easier because you don’t have to lower yourself down as far.

    And Pat, I know you can do way more than 10 double-unders in a row!!

  12. 7 kipping pull-ups/21 HSPU’s with 2 abmats, only 2 with 1 mat/ 2:14 on the row.

    34 double-unders- just enough to beat Koy and a PR for me! :)

  13. 1:29.3 on the row / tried pullups but my hands are still too shot from Cindy to do anything noteworthy / 15 HSPU / and I did my first true muscle up tonight, no more jumping into them. See you guys in the morning
