Choose a weight that allows you to perform between 5-8 reps each round, this should be heavy. The 200m sprint is conducted immediately after dropping the bar.

I struggled to get my legs to do what I was asking them to do on this one. The hardest part was switching from squats to sprints. There were a few moments where I wasn’t sure if my feet were going to get in front of me fast enough and I thought I was going to fall on my face. I am sure that would have been really entertaining.
