    • I feel ya Lindsay. I’m not at all sad I’m missing today’s WOD. My body is pretty messed up too. Although I will fess up to feeling like a bad ass when I had band-aids and athletic tape around my hands to do the WOD yesterday. Blasted kipping-pull-ups!

    I love how every workout is a different kind of challenge. It is amazing how the combination of running with challenging weights really gets the best of me. Awesome workout!

  7. Sleep monster got me this morning, so I’ll be at the 5:30 class this afternoon.

    • That Sleep Monster…such a tricky bugger. So seductive too!

      • No kidding! It looks like the smoke monster from Lost, except instead of dragging you into the jungle it drags you back under the covers.

  10. i think everyone hates thrusters and burpees! i actually did this wod at a gym today out of town… got some funny looks.

    • Erin, awesome. Nothing like trying to do a tough CrossFit WOD in a globo gym. Did the trainers actually ask you to leave?…cause that’s happened to me before.

      • no. actually they let me work out without charge. pretty sure there were no other females in the building and their ratio sucked pretty badly… kentucky isn’t as fit as one would suspect. shocking ;)
