      Sorry Steven! Don’t worry, this is an easy one to sub row for. Although rowing will make the 50 air squats harder.

      • @E No as long as my foot will let me I have to make myself run. Even though I know I will be in last place again, I still have to do it. The awesome thing about CFDE’ers is that everyone still cheers me on even in last place.

  3. My calves are still so sore and tight from the jumping pullups and jump rope in filthy fifty. I was hoping that the running would help loosen them up tonight. So, that’s not the case? Darn it!

  5. 95-115-125-135(f)-130(f)-125. So hard not to dip.

    10:30 on the metcon. I did this workout last summer at a track in 14:02, so I’m happy.
