1 Good Mornings
1 Behind Neck Press
1 Front Squat
Completing all barbell movements in succession qualifies as 1 round. Complete 5 Rounds with as much rest as needed between rounds. Increase load each time.

I think that is a great idea Lindsey! I will have to arrange a meeting with the coaches:) I definately see this happening.
Has anyone done this workout today? I guess the press is the limiting factor for how much weight to go with, right?

@Lindsey Behind the neck press single handedly murdered me this morning, it was super sad. 65# was my max, but @Maggie is probably much better to judge weight from.
Oh the behind the neck press killed me too. I tried to go up to 75#…failed and just kept going down from there.
Lindsey, I’m starting to fear no one has commented because it was too difficult and they can’t crawl to the computer!
I’m thinking the good mornings will be my limiting factor.
