  1. This one looks fun!….Grayson, I think they should start paying you for being the CFDE model. You’re on the blog a lot these days! I bet you could negotiate a pretty sweet deal! :)

I think that is a great idea Lindsey! I will have to arrange a meeting with the coaches:) I definately see this happening.

  3. Has anyone done this workout today? I guess the press is the limiting factor for how much weight to go with, right?

    • ya, the behind-the-neck one…

    • @Lindsey Behind the neck press single handedly murdered me this morning, it was super sad. 65# was my max, but @Maggie is probably much better to judge weight from.

      • Oh the behind the neck press killed me too. I tried to go up to 75#…failed and just kept going down from there.

  4. Lindsey, I’m starting to fear no one has commented because it was too difficult and they can’t crawl to the computer! :) I’m thinking the good mornings will be my limiting factor.

  5. Thanks for the feedback guys. @Danielle, 65# sounds pretty good to me. @Pamela, hopefully I’ll see you at the 5:30.

115/135/145/155/160. Like everyone has said its the behind the neck press that limits the weight…
