10 Clapping Push ups
10 Power cleans
10 Thrusters

Use the same weight for both barbell movements. Rx’d is 155#.

  3. I’m not sure if I can do this after last night’s wod. My quads are pretty beat up from all the squats. It looks fun, though. Maybe I’ll still come tonight and torture myself. :)

  4. 3 days of squats = ouch! I’m so happy to have made it safely to my chair.

    Also, word of warning use an ab mat if you’re going to try clapping pushups on your knees. Unless you want to look like someone clubbed you in the knee caps like me.

  5. Thanks for the tip Danielle. Although my knees always seem to have bruises on them these days…I’m more worried about doing a face plant into the ground when the clapping doesn’t work out for me.

    And I brought my roll-out cylinder to work today to help my poor squat abused legs.

  8. Shauna and Danielle, what weight did you use? Not that I’m going to be able to lift as much as you guys, but just trying to get an idea.

    • I think my time was 10:03 @75#

    People – Roll out, ice, sleep will help TONS with recovery.

    • Chicken fried steak at lunch helped with my recovery today… Definately Paleo… Cavemen had fryers right?!

  12. 7:38 or :39, can’t remember. Started with 47# but dropped to 42# on the second round of thrusters. regular pushups, no clapping. I’m definitely ready for a rest day or two.

  14. My legs are staging a coup and I will definately be responding to their demands for a rest day tomorrow. That was a demonic workout, seriously Koy if you hadn’t been yelling in my face I would have been at least 5 minutes slower (Thank you). 15:01 RX, I’m just glad its over…
