I like the liquid vitamin E that is meant for skin, the one I use has a higher concentration than the capsules per mL and you can put it on multiple times a day since it rubs in. I got mine at Newflower market and they have it at Whole Foods as well.
I definately recommend removing the torn skin. Additionally, I usually suggest putting Vitamin E directly on the rip. The best way to get it is to purchase the Vitamin E gel capsules, break them open, and put it directly on. Lastly, it is important to not let it dry out. One way to prevent this is to put Vitamin E on before you go to bed and then cover your hand with a sock. I am not saying it is comfortable, but it does help .
Is there any kind of CFDE nutrition library in existence? If anyone owns the Paleo Diet book, or the Primal Blueprint book, or various other nutrition/fitness books, it would be great to have access to those. The blog links are great, but sometimes I prefer to go old school and get info from a book.

Is it harder or easier to grip the larger diameter pullup bar? Or does that just depend on what you like?
A lot is personal preference and how you hold the bar: thumb on top vs wrapped around the bar

That is crazy!! Ok I’ll admit I am a whimp but it hurts when water hits it, I can not imagine super glue. Anyway to late I cut the flap of skin off.
