  1. 100# split jerk. This was the first time to do this lift. I’m looking forward to doing it again already.
    7:28 on the baseline; knee push-ups; I need to work on work on stringing more pull-ups together in a row.

      Lindsey is correct. We will be doing a track workout at Germany Park. Gonna scare people walking their dogs around the track.

  4. 1:00 class it was awesome to workout with you guys! It was a BEAUTIFUL day to get out of the office for an hour, couldn’t imagine better weather to workout in.
