    great, this will be a good wod to come back to after a week off. also, i did great on the spring leaning challenge, probably gained 5 lbs

  7. for the night classes monday night is Happy Hour and $1 Tacos at Lee Harveys (www.leeharveys.com), Klein and I will be going after the 5:30 PM workout, so whoever wants to come, bring a change of clothes.

    PS, you might want to keep small children away from the gym since my face still looks like a bit of an R rated horror movie… see you there.

  11. I have been eating awful since the paleo challenge….and I feel it in my WODs. 23:48, Im gonna get focused on my diet. Is it good to not eat any fruits? Or should I eat some just limit it?
