Hang Snatch - 6×2
The hang snatch aims to improve speed through the middle (the 2nd pull) as well as enforcing the need for an aggressive 3rd pull (moving under the bar). By starting at the hang the individual is able to avoid any mistakes he or she might have with finding the optimal jumping position from the ground. Use today as a chance to burn the proper jumping position into your memory and to work on actively pulling under the bar.

I’m looking forward to this, although, my legs and lower back are still sore from Wednesday.
Good luck tomorrow night, Chris! I’m excited and a little nervous to witness my first live fight. I’m more comfortable with NHL fights where they have on lots of padding. So, be careful!
