For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats
At the beginning of every minute you must perform 4 burpees. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition you will complete the rep and then start the four burpees.

I just received two pairs of weightlifting shoes that I ordered a couple weeks ago. I am keeping the pair that fit and plan on sending the other one back. If anyone thinks they want/need a pair, let me know and you can check out the extra pair that I have – so that I don’t have to pay to ship them back. Otherwise, they will be getting shipped back next week. They will fit a man with about a size 10 shoe.

i need an intervention between my company and me. i am not able to workout as much because my company’s work practices SUCK.

I feel your pain Patrick. You should try coming to the am classes some time. Waking up is not as bad as you’d imagine, and it’s nice to have your work out done when you start your day. (This coming from someone who is absolutely not a morning person)

10:20, I used just a bar on the OHS, I was in a gym and was scared id bail and make someone mad if I used 95. But used 95 on the rest.
15:40- 42#. Ugh, that was A LOT harder than I was expecting. Thanks for the encouragement when I just wanted to quit.
