Ugh, someone brought donuts and sausage rolls to work. Anyone want to make a bet whether I give in to temptation or not? I’m going to try my hardest not to!
Oh dear, a co-worker of mine brought donuts and sausage rolls to work today as well. In fact they are in plain site from my cube, tempting me as people continue to come by grab them. I’m trying my hardest to resist right along with you!
Awe, Heather, I’m glad you are suffering with me! Just kidding, kind of! That sounds terrible that you can see the delicious treats from your cube. Here, they are several rooms away from my office, so I have a good buffer zone going. I’m hoping that the next time I have to go to the kitchen to get water, that they’ll be all gone.
Stay strong girls. That stuff is poison. Last Sunday night after the Challenge, I ate a Cadbury Egg and a couple of cookies with a tiny bit of milk. The first bite was fun but after that it was like I couldn’t taste it but I kept chasing that first bite “high”. I felt crapy after and went to lie down. And then it…well….didn’t “stay with me”.
Yesterday I tried some Splenda in my coffee. Firstly, it tasted like Draino and secondly, I felt light-headed and sleepy after.
Hey Coaches: What is a workout that we Friday Nighters and Saturday people can do while you guys are gone? I was thinking like a modified Barbara or Tabata Something Else without the pullups, maybe? And don’t tell me 200 Burpees.
Thanks for the encouragement Steven! I had a banana and almonds instead of the sweet treats this morning. I think those darn donuts are still in there, though. Oh, I love cadbury eggs, by the way. Sorry they made you sick, though. It sounds like you are Mr. Paleo now! Good work!

You could alway do tomorrow’s workout without the pull-ups. Just have to wait and see what it is though
