Koy, thanks for the impromptu kipping clinic tonight. I am constantly amazed at the amount of information that is “freely” given by you guys. I know that little 20 mins would have been charged at 60.00-100.00 bucks at any big-box gym. Plus, the amount of nutritional information I have obtained in just a few months is alone worth many, many hundreds of dollars in billable hours, probably much more. I’m sure everyone reading this would agree that the value for our small investment in membership is like no other. Keep up the great work and thanks again. It’s gonna be a fun year.
Well said! Thanks to all the coaches. You all have built a great culture and atmosphere that is addicting and sincere. Your passion and dedication is contagious.
So, I’m messing around with the paleo challenge spreadsheet and we still have some people that need to finish the test but so far out of the people that have reported their info, the total poundage lost is 117. WOW!
Update – And the poundage increase for the cleans was 221. So you lost weight and got stronger.
I thought I would pass along some interesting information. I did the Paleo Challenge, so there were enormous amounts of eggs, meats (not all lean), nuts and lots of olive oil being consumed. Last week I went for my yearly physical, just got the results of my cholesterol it was 153, normal is anything below 200. I will say I have always had cholesterol in this range, however, I have never eaten even close to a Paleo diet, so needless to say I was concerned at what the results would be. Obviously I am pleased, and I am continuing with the Paleo Diet.

I agree…thanks!
Totally agree. Thanks for all the effort coaches, you all are great.
So, I assume these are full squat cleans since it doesn’t say power. Is that correct?
@powerfit – Thanks a lot. It was fun last night and great to see you knock out those pull-ups.
@Lindsey – Power is fine. If you want to do full squat cleans, I’m sure that would be allowed.
Graaaaaace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3:50 rx. Hate to break the curve, but I put on 20 pounds since doing the paleo challenge….there goes the average.
5:15rx. PR by 3+ min
2:51 52# – Too light.
I see 70′s big in your future Josh! 2:24 RX but I don’t count my time since my jerk was awful… Need to focus.
Nice Chris! I should have come to the 5:30 class, we could have done this one in unison. 2:24rx.
Confused about what my final time actually was but I’ll take it regardless. Glad to have it done and behind me. 5:02 RX
