5 minutes of Rowing for calories
4 minutes of Box Jumps for reps (20/24)
3 minutes of hang squat snatches for reps (45/75)
2 minutes of wall balls for reps (10 ft high)
1 minute of Handstand Push-ups for reps

Great job everyone on Spring Leaning! Some huge improvements – 5:30 was a little early for this one and effort was not there 198 total with 25# DB instead of HSPU

The Spring Leaning Challenge was an awesome experience. Can’t wait for the results and to see some pix.

95/67/21/36/8 = 227 with 45# snatches (they were still ugly) and 35# dumbells for the press. Fun and tough workout though. Did I hear Russell right, this is one of the ones that people will be doing at Tulsa this weekend?
This is actually from one of the other CrossFit Sectionals in the Midwest. It was done a few weeks back.

Fun workout, I almost RX’d my first one…had to use 3 ab-mats on the handstand pushups, but got my first 4 EVER. 203 total (RX minus 3 abmats
