Using any movement and weight preferred, accumulate a total of 5000 / 3000 pounds overhead. This means you could do clean and jerk, snatch, clean and press, deadlift to reverse curl to jerk. The last one was a joke. Some examples below:
5000lb = 37 Snatches / Clean and Jerks at 135# / 53 Snatches / Clean and Jerks at 95# / 67 Snatches / Clean and Jerks at 75#
3000lb = 32 Snatches / Clean and Jerks at 95# / 40 Snatches / Clean and Jerks at 75# / 67 Snatches / Clean and Jerks at 45#
