Kettle bell Breathing Ladder:
Perform 1 kettle bell swing, take 1 breath
Perform 2 kettle bell swings, take 2 breaths
Perform 3 kettle bell swings, take 3 breaths and so forth
*You may take as many breaths during the work as possible but can only take the set amount of breathing “reps” during the rest.
