    This workout continues to rock my world 4 hours after completing it. Not even sure how to begin to understand how sore I am going to be in the next day or two.

    Heather, you killed it this morning. 150 pull ups, 300 push ups, and 450 air squats. You might want to purchase about 40lbs of ice to soak in tonight.

    Both the morning classes showed immense intensity this morning. No one slowed down or gave up. Great work everyone.

  5. I didn’t make it 8 times (after like 15 or 16) so, 22 Rx, right? If that’s not how to score it then I don’t know what I got. The push-ups ended up just killed me. Yet another thing to work on – why CrossFit, why?!?!

  8. 30 rx….my squats were poor quality….My hands got more torn today than ever before….Load up on bandaids!

  10. I got an honest 19 in, probably could have pushed out 21.

    My quads are killing me (as usual) after all those squats. I’m either doing something very right or wrong. Not sure which.

    My chesticles are pretty grouchy as wall.
