@Steven C, I agree. Cookies are a much better birthday tradition than burpees!
Someone brought bagels to work today. They are tempting me, but I’m not going to give in. Especially after I just read that article about intermittent fasting and needing to relearn the feelings of being hungry and full and not giving in everytime someone brings something yummy to the office.
I know a few of you are already but I just signed up for the warrior dash. Running with the 5.30pm group on May 2nd. Going to be fun going in the 2nd to last group when the course is completely torn to shreds. If anyone else is interested there are still some slots open, going to be a lot of fun. http://www.warriordash.com
Since my arms have yet to regain the strength to hold anything let alone me, I’m taking another rest day I would have liked to work on my kip.
On another note,
John S: I know that you are reading this, because I hear that you read the blog. I don’t think its very nice to read other people’s posts but refuse to join. Also, how can we tell you what a good job you are doing if you don’t post!?!
(I WILL figure out a way to make you create a profile, so I think that you should do it willingly)
Almost made a very inappropriate joke. Suicides involve sprinting from one side to the other touching the ground on each turn around. Death by means that every minute you increase by 1 until you can no longer complete the work within the minute.
looking forward to the pullups. suicides not so much
Love this pic sis!
Happy Birthday @Jeremy
Happy birthday Jeremy! Does that mean we have to do 26 burpees tonight?
@Jerimy !! Happy Birthday.
@Lindsey, I think it means we can each have 26 chocolate chip cookies. I like that rule.
Well I have no idea who “Jerimy” is. Make that @Jeremy.
