I just looked at my log and saw that I did this WOD at CFDC exactly one year ago in a little over 27 minutes subbing 25 ab mat sit-ups and 50 supermans. I hope I can do all 50 sit-ups and back extensions (or supermans) this time and do it in less than 27 minutes. We shall see….. Did I mention I hate running?
ummm, 28 something, really wanted to RX one workout but my pounding headache after the 2nd round would not permit, ab mat last round and a half. Does anyone else have a sore throat from the run in the cold??
27 mins something 50 back extensions but only 30 situps. My head was sore for like 2 hours. That was a seriously intense workout but I thought about poor man who died in his helicopter and I kept going. That was for you McGreevy.
