AMRAP in 8 minutes
10 Burpees
10 Power Snatch

Rest 5 minutes

Kettle bell Breathing Ladder:
Perform 1 kettle bell swing, take 1 breath
Perform 2 kettle bell swings, take 2 breaths
Perform 3 kettle bell swings, take 3 breaths and so forth

*You may take as many breaths during the work as possible but can only take the set amount of breathing “reps” during the rest.

Important Info! This weekend we will be holding our Free Saturday Workout at Germany Park at 10am. It is located at University and the Tollway. Hope to see everyone there for a really fun out door workout.

  2. 3.5: 3 full rounds plus 10 burpees and 2 power snatches at 42#.

    Only got to 5 on the KB breathing ladder. The KB flipped over to the backside of my arms at the beginning of the 6th round and that was it for me. :(
