Run 1200 meters
9 Pull-ups
9 Thrusters (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
Run 800 meters
15 Pull-ups
15 Thrusters (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)
Run 400 meters
21 Pull-ups
21 Thrustes (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)

Important Info! This weekend we will be holding our Free Saturday Workout at Germany Park at 10am. It is located at University and the Tollway. Hope to see everyone there for a really fun out door workout.

Also Important. Tomorrow around 8:20am on Fox4 morning news, our gym will be featured in a short segment. Pretty exciting, so if you want to see me act nervous in front of a camera, tune in or hit your tivo!

    Ooops, messed up guys. It’s actually 1200m. Now it’s not NEARLY as bad haha.

  5. actually that change to 1200 did increase the chance of me making it.

  6. Damn. It was horrible when I thought it was pull-ups and kettlebell swings, finding out it’s 95lb thrusters makes my sick.

    Amazing work this morning 5:30am crew. Was impressed to see so many despite it being cold and one hell of a WOD.

  8. just spoke with city of University Park and track is open and we are all set for the Saturday outdoor workout…see everyone at 10:00 on Saturday the 20th

    Look forward to doing this killer with the 5:30 class. It’s a beautiful day btw. Hopefully there is a big class to suffer along with me.

  13. Looks like a killer wod. I am injured so won’t be at the gym for a bit and will be traveling for 2 weeks so am pulling out of the challenge. May see you all on Saturday, if not looking forward to catching up in mid March.

    I can’t decide whether I liked the running or not

  21. 20 mins and something…. of course I used very little weight for the thrusters and the grey band for the pull ups but i LOVE this workout. Killed me.
