  5. 21:08 would have been Rx but Russell called me out for grabbing wrong bar on 2nd round of sumo’s…hell I thought it was lighter but then thought maybe I was just getting stronger

  7. i forgot to mention, im sitting at kozy’s eating a bowl of doom as I write this. only downside? They botched and gave me eggs over medium instead of sunny side up

  8. 20:55, subbed air squats for the sumo lifts since my back is currently balky. Had a good time meeting some of the nooners.

    25:05- 32# sdhp; 20″ box step ups; 45# for first round of push press, then switched to 32#; 10# ball. I think the worst part was the rowing.
