30:15 rx except for i had to break down and use purple bands on the dips after a while. Warren smoked me on the running…
also eric – i cant edit my account or accept friend requests on the new site. the screen flashes and nothing happens when i hit the drop down…i do like the re-design though.
I’ve been totally MIA b/c of work lately…and I’m supposed to go to Austin today for work. If that trip falls through, and it might, I’ll be in for this hellacious wod tonight. I always pick the best days to try to make it back into a routine….
Woah! My hands hurt so much from the pull ups I could barely pull my suitcase through the airport. Fun times running in the rain this morning, kind of refreshing.

Actually running in the rain sounds fun. Very CF Tough. But I don’t think two miles is a good way to break back in my foot. (Maybe that was a bad choice of words.)
Rowing is lovely on a rainy day
just did this one using rower…the last 1600 is tough and broke the reps down pull-ups – squats till 50 each then dips @50 and push-ups and sit ups all at once
40 degrees and rainy… should be fun!
OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH. What a wod to come back to CrossFit to from 70s big. Im gonna need someone to watch me and make sure I dont die

What browser are you using?
IE8
Wow, morning classes did amazing. Ran 2 miles in the pouring rain. You guys rock.
@chris-white A little rain never hurt anyone. The morning crew rocked it in the rain.
thats great to hear, so run the first mile then sand bag everything till the 40 minute cut off so i dont have to run a second mile.
I don’t know if I have 2 hours to spare to do this WOD tonight.
Don’t worry lindsey, 40 minute cut-off and so far everyone has finished under 40.
Well that’s good, at least. I’m sure I’ll be the first to not finish under 40, though. Can-not-wait!
I just saw the WOD.
Not funny.

Are we allowed to break up the reps however we want?
excellent question, @jeremy.
Yes, you may partition however you please.

i see what u did there
FTW see you guys at 6.30
Actually looking forward to doing this WOD in this weather.
Trying to hit the 6.30 class but I am concerned it will take me 40 minutes minimum to knock out the pullups – they kill me.
I know what you mean, the pullups are gonna take most of the time.
@LeeLee , I’ll be there too. We’ll make it. Don’t miss this one.

new website is great….thanks E & J
looks fun
Was a great wod. 23:48. I think. Cold was less of a problem than the rain. No traction
27:23. A great workout. The dips were more problematic than I expected, but I can tell I am getting better at pullups.
@jer, thanks for pacing with me on the row. It made all the difference for me.
30:25 (w/ 20# vest), glad the rain kept to a minimum…
Definitely want to work on the run. WOD was great though. A good challenge. No problem with traction though…because I was slooooooooooooow.
