CrossFit Total on Sunday, March 21st

We invite everyone to come at 2pm-4pm on March 21st to do the CrossFit Total. This workout involves finding your 1 rep max in Back Squat, Press, and Deadlift. It will take longer than a normal class. This will not be an open gym, so please arrive at 2pm like you would for any other class. For more information about the CrossFit Total, click here.
