13 Man Makers
2 minutes rest

How to do a man maker:
While holding dumbbells, complete:
1. Push up and row once with the right arm
2. Push up and row once with the left arm
3. Kick feet up and execute a clean into a thruster

    i’m going to start grabbing that camera and taking pictures of other people at their best moments.
    Yes, i was actually using all three simultaneously whilst balancing the medicine ball on my head. you should try it sometime – it’s a rush.
    sorry i wont be making the WOD today. my arms feel like jello and there is an interesting game on the tv.

  10. I was so out of it, I nearly did a fifth round. I was pacing with a woman next to me and she had to show me on the board that we had completed ALL FOUR. Thank you!
