Complete the following for time:

42 Double Unders
21 Dumbbell Swings
30 Double Unders
15 Dumbbell Swings
18 Double Unders
9 Dumbbell Swings

*If you cannot consistently perform double unders, sub 3 single unders for every DU.

and one day, maybe we can do some of this stuff.

  4. Amanda – you must be a Buddy Lee fan DU’s are tough! I would argue that 4 to 5 singles are = to a DU…Bo will kill this WOD
    4:47 with more than a couple singles 60/40 mix DU/1 w/ 55# … dessert sucked
