Amanda – you must be a Buddy Lee fan DU’s are tough! I would argue that 4 to 5 singles are = to a DU…Bo will kill this WOD
4:47 with more than a couple singles 60/40 mix DU/1 w/ 55# … dessert sucked
this will be a GREAT wod
Can I skip the last round of dumbbell swings if I finish my last double under and end with have the rope wrap itself around my arm?

Ha! Yeah I guess Im gonna suck it up and triple the DU’s as single OUCH! somebody’s gonna have to be there to yell in my face to quit being a weenie.
i passed up the mac n cheese for broccoli and cauliflower for lunch. really not happy about that.

thank god i am not doing the challenge, but i still have been good today, so far.
I am dreading having to count all those jumps! I need a jump rope that counts for itself (or learn DU’s).
