  1. Wow, you all missed it. I gave the most amazing run clinic to myself this morning. Then afterwards I ran all three miles at a 5:20 pace. Shoulda been there. Oh and I wore a 20lb vest.

Damn. I woulda thought you could’ve made 3 four minute miles.

I will be there tomorrow morning at 5:30 a.m. Can we do something that will start me on the path of getting 70′s big?

  3. lindsey is gonna love this workout.

I’m sorry I missed that Eric! We all know I could use all the help I can get with running. I’ll be there tonight, though. I’m just hoping to get under 10 minutes for each mile. Might be stretching it for me. I hate running! :)

Ha ha! Pat, that’s hilarious. I didn’t see your comment until after I just posted mine. We’re on the same page this morning!

  6. Casey, becoming 70′s big requires a lot of determination and perseverance… and protein. I believe you have it in you. I want you to approach every day as a WOD. Specifically an AMFAP (as much food as possible)in 10 hours. 3-2-1 go.

  7. You guys post mile repeats to the blog as the WOD and nobody shows up for the morning workout.

    Shocking.

  8. I’ll be there tonight. I hope you have like 50 minutes planned for the wod. 3rd mile could take me 20+ minutes.

  9. Going to miss this tonight because of an event that i cant get out of, but greatly enjoyed yesterday’s WOD…although I hope near term upcoming workouts do not involve hand shredding activities (more pullups).
