Wow, you all missed it. I gave the most amazing run clinic to myself this morning. Then afterwards I ran all three miles at a 5:20 pace. Shoulda been there. Oh and I wore a 20lb vest.
I’m sorry I missed that Eric! We all know I could use all the help I can get with running. I’ll be there tonight, though. I’m just hoping to get under 10 minutes for each mile. Might be stretching it for me. I hate running!
Casey, becoming 70′s big requires a lot of determination and perseverance… and protein. I believe you have it in you. I want you to approach every day as a WOD. Specifically an AMFAP (as much food as possible)in 10 hours. 3-2-1 go.
Going to miss this tonight because of an event that i cant get out of, but greatly enjoyed yesterday’s WOD…although I hope near term upcoming workouts do not involve hand shredding activities (more pullups).
So far today:
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup of grapes
1/2 cup of strawberries
2 buffalo burgers (no bun) from Twisted Root
1 sweet potato
handful of almonds
My snack this afternoon:
1 chicken breast
10 ounces of turkey breast
1 apple
handful of almonds
Dinner Tonight:
Bison steak grilled
Grilled bell peppers and onions
walnuts
I need to get in a half a gallon of milk somewhere too….

Damn. I woulda thought you could’ve made 3 four minute miles.
I will be there tomorrow morning at 5:30 a.m. Can we do something that will start me on the path of getting 70′s big?
lindsey is gonna love this workout.

Ha ha! Pat, that’s hilarious. I didn’t see your comment until after I just posted mine. We’re on the same page this morning!

You guys post mile repeats to the blog as the WOD and nobody shows up for the morning workout.
Shocking.
I’ll be there tonight. I hope you have like 50 minutes planned for the wod. 3rd mile could take me 20+ minutes.

Strong work Casey. And I assume copious amounts of milk interspersed as well.
Pat, I’d like to make it to the 5:30 to get it overwith but I doubt I’ll get out of work in time. So I’ll most likely be there at 6:30. You?
not doing this, taking a rest but was going to be there for inspiration for you. also bringing a dog to chase you, lol.
Holy Cow Casey, that is a ton of food. I wish I ate that much. Keep it up.
Oh and where the F were you last night?!?!?!?!?
